★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ياليت لو يحسن اسلوبه في التعامل ولا يشوف نفسه على احد زي ما اهتم لشكل المحل يهتم في تعامله واخلاقة هو خدمني ولا كن باسلوب فيه شوفت نفس ياليت يشوف كلامي ويحسن من تعامله اعتبرها نصيحة لا اكثر
I wish he improved his way of dealing and did not see himself on anyone as I care about the shape of the shop. He cares about his dealings and his morals. He served me and not in a manner in which I saw myself. I wish he would see my words and improve his dealings. Consider it advice nothing more

اسعارهم مبالغ فيها مقارنه بحالة الشقق
واكثر من زبون قدامي وهو يكلمه يروح يرد على الجوال
مافي اي احترام لوقفة وجيت الزبون
ماانصح باالتعامل مع المكتب نهائيا
His style and handling is very breathtaking
Their prices are too high compared to the condition of the apartments
And more than one customer is in front of me while he talks to him, he goes to answer the phone
There is no respect for the customer's stand
I do not recommend dealing with the office at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بحثت بتطبيق عقار عن شقة وكانت باسم الناشر نفس المكتب وتم الاتصال على الأرقام الموجودة بالإعلان اللتي تنتهي بالرقم ٢١٢ و ٤٤٤ حوالي الساعة الرابعة والنصف مساء أحدهما مقفل والآخر لم يتم الرد، وبعد إيام ذهبت للمكتب بمثل التوقيت السابق ولم أجد الا العامل هندي اتوقع وتحدثت معه عن تلك الشقه المنشور إعلانها وأفاد بأنها قد تم أيجارها جعلها الله مسكن الأفراح والهنا لمن سكن، وبعد لحضات حضر عامل اخر وخرج السابق وبالحديث عن نفس ذلك الإعلان والشقه أفاد بأنها موجوده ولم تستأجر وطلبت منه التواصل مع صاحب المكتب لأرى الحقيقة عندها اجاب بالرفض وان علي الانتظار لحين وصوله على الساعة ٥:٣٠ م وما بعده.
بصراحة ما ادري صاحب المكتب يجي للمكتب يصلي المغرب فيه ويمشي او يدوام الله اعلم واتمنى التواصل بينه وبين عمالته بقروب لتكون معرفتهم بأمور ما يعملون وبقدرة خدمتهم للناس وتوفرها من عدمه. مو كل واجد عنده سالفه ويكذب الاخر وراعي الحلال نايم.
I searched by Aqar application for an apartment, and it was in the name of the publisher, the same office, and I called the numbers in the advertisement, which end with the number 212 and 444, around four thirty in the evening, one of them is closed and the other has not been answered, and after a few days I went to the office at the same time as before, and I found only the Indian worker, I expect, and I spoke to him about That apartment whose advertisement was published and reported that it had been rented, God made it a residence for weddings and here for those who lived, and after moments another worker came and the previous one came out and talking about the same advertisement and the apartment stated that it exists and was not rented and I asked him to contact the owner of the office to see the truth, then he answered with refusal and that I have to wait until Arrived at 5:30 p.m. or later.
Frankly, I do not know the owner of the office comes to the office and prays Maghrib in it and walks or stays. God knows best. I hope to communicate between him and his workers closely, so that they know about the things they do and the ability and availability of their service to people or not. Mo each and I find his predecessor and the other lies and the sponsor of the halal is sleeping.

ومن تجربتي عند محاولتي التواصل معه لايرد على الاتصالات وذلك لوجود اكثر من اعلان له باسم المكتب نازل في موقع عقار وعند الاتصال به اكثر من مرة وفي اوقات مختلفه لم يتم الرد نهائيا
يعني هذا كيف بتتعامل معه لو احتجت تتواصل معه وانت مستاجر عن طريقة محلات تجارية او سكن او غيرة
لا انصح بالتعامل معه لسوء تعاملة مع العملاء ويسعى لرفع سعر العقار سواءً ايجار او بيع ويمكن ملاحظة ذلك عند مراجعه المكتب حضوريا وسؤالة عن قيمة العقار ومقارنة سعر نفس العقار عند مكتب اخر
كذلك عند زيارة المكتب وسوالة عن اعلان لفيلا معلن عنها عن طريقهم في موقع عقار افاد بانها مبيوعه وبعد مراجعه الاعلان مرة اخرى في موقع عقار تبين انه يعمل تحديث للاعلان وانه لم يتم بيعها فما ادري وش الغرض من اشغال الناس وتضييع وقتهم

From my experience, when I try to communicate with him, he does not respond to the calls, because there are more than one advertisement for him in the name of the office on Aqar’s website, and when I contact him more than once and at different times, there is no response at all.
This means, how do you deal with him if you need to communicate with him while you are renting through shops, housing or others
I do not advise dealing with him because of his mistreatment with clients and he seeks to raise the price of the property, whether rent or sale. This can be seen when he visits the office in his presence and asks about the value of the property and compares the price of the same property at another office
Also, when visiting the office and asking about an advertisement for a villa that was advertised through them on the Aqar website, it stated that it was sold.
