The hospitality is literally Zero!
You cannot allowed the staff to use the phone while the customers are placing their orders!
Literally the staff were chatting and laughing on the phone and not listening to me while I’m ordering.
Educate and teach your people !
Very very Bad experience as a Lebanese.

Bad costumer service, very rude and unprofessional staff,, visit time: Saturday night.
Hint for the manager, ur employees close the store at 11:30 instead of 12

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best Arabic Lebanese sweets in Riyadh, the location is very convenient, the staff are beyond standards especially the manager of the place very attentive so helpful and you can cal them to prepare your order before coming they will gladly prepare what ever you want it saves you so much time, the sweets are freshly baked, delicious, just as it should be, opt for the maamoule with dates it’s the best in town.
