★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عندي ملاحظه على شكل وديكور المعهد المبنى جميل والمدخل فخم لاكن الاضائه خافته وكئيبه وكأنه نهايه دوام واثاث المكاتب قديم وإضائه غرف المحاضرات ضعيفه الطلاب اغلبهم صغار بالعمر ونحن ك أولياء امور نرتاح بجودهم بمكان مريح وشرح ويجذبهم واتمنى تقبل ملاحظتي?
I have a comment on the shape and decor of the institute. The building is beautiful and the entrance is luxurious, but the lighting is dim and gloomy, as if it were the end of the day. The office furniture is old, and the lighting of the lecture rooms is weak. The students, most of them are young in age.

I entered to see the evaluation of the institute. I didn't like the owner's response to customers. Why is your response so offensive?!
