★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شقق ممتازه ونظيفه جداً ومريحه نفسياً اخذت عندهم شهرين وبصراحه حسيت اني في بيتي الثاني متعاونين واسعارهم مناسبه عن نفسي لن ابحث عن شقق اخري اذا حبيت ازور الرياض مره اخرى

واسعارها جدا جدا جدا رائعة انا عن نفسي استاجرت العام الماضي 6 شهور والان هذه ثاني مرة استاجر عندهم وخدماتهم جميله

انها انصب شقق استاجرتها اول شي نظافه مش حالك ثاني شي اذا تبي تدخل الشقه لازم تشوف كلشي بنفسك لانه مستحيل يرجع لك التامين الا بطلعت الروح وراح ياخذ عليك اي شي وكانك تبي نصيحتي لاتاخذها ابد
ترا راح يحملك شي مالك اي دخل فيه خصم علي ب اشياء قسم بالله ماكسرتها ولا سويت لها اي شي لاكن الله لايسامحه ولا يحلله بريال اخذه مني

و غير كذا حرامي سرق التأمين الله لا يحلله و يجعله يصرفها ف علاجه
استأجرت عنده اكثر من شهر والشهر اللي بعده رفع سعر الايجار من غير سبب
و غير مذا الاثاث متكسر
حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل
