★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment and they made me pay in advance, and when I wanted to cancel it 24 hours before they said they can’t pay me back! And the only solution is to pay more to get another service done!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are so bad with there timing if you were lucky you would wait for an hour (although you booked an appointment) my experience was with dr marwa once I entered she kept the door open and in the middle of our conversations about 3 people interpreted us
My treatment needed some local Anastasia cream
The put me in hallway and started putting the cream without the mask and ask me to wait for 30 minutes (without mask) while people are coming and going

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reason why I give 3 stars is the parking. You would hardly find a spot to park your car in. Very tight spaces for car parking. However, the nurse “Sara” who served me is so professional and respectful. I wish such places take notes of people’s comments and improve ??
