يوجد برادة ماء ولكن بدون كاسات ?
موظفات تسجيل المواعيد متعاونات ويبدأ دوامهم من ٨ ولكن مواعيد عمل العيادات ٩
تكشف بالبداية دكتورة ثم تحولك على احدى طالبات الامتياز
يفضل اخذ موعد عن طريق الهاتف ٠١١٨٢٤١١١١
مع الاسف في تاريخ ٢ يونيو ٢٠٢٠ احتجت الى مراجعتهم لتثبيت كراون انفك ورفضوا استقبالي بحجة انهم لا يقبلون الا حالات حرجة رغم ان الحياة عادت لطبيعتها
The place is tidy and the toilets are clean but airy
There is water cooler but without glasses ?
Appointment registration staff are cooperative and their working hours start from 8, but clinic opening times are 9
You first find a doctor and refer you to a student of excellence

Unfortunately on the 2nd of June 2020 I needed their review to install Crown Crown and they refused to receive me on the pretext that they only accept critical cases even though life has returned to normal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عندهم علاج مجاني بواسطة طالبات كلية الأسنان و بإشراف استشاريين في طب الأسنان و يعيبهم كثرة المواعيد و بطئ الإنجاز
They have free treatment by students of the College of Dentistry and under the supervision of consultants in dentistry, and they are flawed by the large number of appointments and the slow completion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ علاجهم ممتاز، لكن بطيئين جداً في المواعيد ، والآن العيادات مغلقه من فتره للصيانه
Their treatment is excellent, but very slow on appointments, and now the clinics are closed for a period of maintenance

لكن التلبسات والزراعة بفلوس - وش الفرق عن الخاص نفس السعر
وهذا حكومي المفترض كل شيء مجانا

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جيتهم وقالو تحتاجين موعد بنحولك وانتظرت شهر ودقيت عليهم قالو بس ننتظر الدكتوره تاكد عليه وبعد شهرين انتظار دقيت وقالو ماعندك موعد اصلا!!!
ثاني شي اشتكيت عليهم وكلموني قالو تعالي الساعه ٦ او ٧ الصباح عشان زحمه ووو فا تعالي بدري قبل الدوام الي هو الساعه ٨ اخر شي رحت ٨ لقيت مافي احد اصلا!!! سلامات وش ذا المصخره!!!
I came to them and they said you need an appointment to turn you around and I waited a month and spent time on them. They said, but we are waiting for the doctor. He checked it, and after two months, I waited.
The second thing I complained about them and they spoke to me. They said: Come on it is 6 or 7 in the morning because it is crowded. Salamat and what the makhrah !!!

المكان نظيف وجيد والمتدربين جدًا محترمين

ان شاءالله تجي نزاهة تعالج الفساد اللي صاير
ليش دايم زحمة أجانب ومافي مواعيد !! ماودي اظلمهم
بس شكلهم ياخذون فلوس من تحت لتحت،،
تأجل موعدي ٤ مرات و المواعيد والعلاج بالمعرفة كل وحدة جايبه معها مجموعة من معارفهم !! سلامات
العميدة وين دورها ! قاعدة تشوف المهزلة اللي تصير ولا كيف !؟ تسيب ماعمري شفته في منشأة زي كذا واستهتار بالمراجعين مع ان دوامهم فقط شفت واحد صباحي
كل واحد زارهم مفترض يقدم بلاغ نزاهه
الدولة صارفة رواتب و مخصصات مالية وفي النهاية ما نستفيد منها ( حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل )

Everyone who visited them is supposed to present a report of integrity
