★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربة فعلًا سيئة وقبل لا اعلق استفسرت من خدمة العملاء عن سبب سوء الخدمة هل الجهاز ماكان مناسب لي ؟ ووممرضة الليزر رفضت وضع البنج وماتحط كريم بعد الليزر ولم يتم التواصل معي او الرد علي الى الان والمشكلة حجزت عدة جلسات
Really bad experience, and before I do not comment, I inquired of the customer service about the reason for the bad service. Was the device not suitable for me? And the laser nurse refused to apply anesthetic and did not apply cream after the laser. I have not been contacted or responded to so far. The problem is that I booked several sessions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t deserve even one star, i took package because i thought there machine is like exilis for slimming face because of radiofrequency but it turn out only vacuum sucking my face thats why i have blood clots and bruises of my face and when i said i will withdraw my money even 50 or 60% of my payment and they agree with me and refund me after 2 weeks but already almost 4 weeks but until now they did not refund, they have 2 make a mistakes first they making lies about machine just to get money from you, 2nd they only pretend to refund but until now no refund. So be aware, don’t be a victim.
