★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ياليت موظفين الاستقبال يركزوا اكثر لأنه مو معقول اتصل اسال عن الدكتور اذا موجود او لا ويقولوا ايوا وبعد ماروح يطلع باجازه
I wish the reception staff would focus more, because it is not reasonable to call and ask about the doctor if he is present or not, and say yes and after he goes on leave
