★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very unpleasant experience. I booked an appointment to do scaling for my teeth. The receptionist did not even tell my the name of the dentist who is going to treat me. I had to wait for more than an hour without knowing why did they delay in calling my name. The doctor was in clinic 15, did not introduce herself and did not explain what would I need. At the end did not even tell me what does my teeth need in future or any plans.
I was not a happy patient here!
