★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مركز ممتاز من ناحية الخدمات والاسعار في مجموعه كبيره من الاطباء واجمل ميزه عندهم توفر المواعيد والدكتور موجود بأي وقت كمان اهم شيئ تختار طبيب مناسب لان مثل اي مكان في دكتور محترف وفيه دكتور ضعيف تجربتي معهم ممتازه جدا

The doctor is available at any time. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انصحكم بالدكتور حق الاسنان احمد العبدالله سوري شوفو عيادته اول ما تطلع الدرج اخر عياده يميين اذا انت اول مراجعه لك تعال بعد صلاة العصر مباشره علشان تقدر تدخل عنده بدون موعد انسان متواضع وشغله ممتاز ممتاز جداً اللي يبحث عن دكتور شاطر يروح له بدون تردد يكفي انه دكتور يحاول انه ما يظطر لخلع الضرس يشوف لك حلول بديله اخر شي يفكر فيه الخلع

تراه مزحوم مواعيد ومثل ما قلت بعد صلاة العصر خلك مسنتر عند عيادته وهو راح يخليك تدخل

If you are the first to visit you, come right after the afternoon prayer, so that you can enter him without an appointment. He tries to not have to extract the tooth, he will show you alternative solutions. The last thing he thinks about is extraction

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تقييم زيارة يوم الخميس ٣٠ يونيو ٢٠٢٢ الساعة ١١.٥٥ ص: (جلسة الدكتور باسم الخليف والممرضة الي معه كانت ممتازة ولايوجد اي اشكال فيها)
١. الجو العام: يوجد رائحة سيئة قوية تعم المركز كامل منذ لحظة الدخول مع الباب وحتى منطقة الانتظار. تم ملاحظة هذا الشيء خلال اكثر من زيارة
٢. الاستقبال: تعامل الموظف في الاستقبال فظ وغير محترف مع الزوار والمراجعين.
Evaluation of the visit on Thursday, June 30, 2022 at 11.55 am: (The session of Dr. Bassem Al-Khalif and the nurse with him was excellent and there were no problems in it)
1. Atmosphere: There is a strong bad smell that pervades the entire center from the moment you enter with the door until the waiting area. This thing was noticed on more than one visit
2. Reception: The employee at the reception is rude and unprofessional with visitors and reviewers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الاستقبال كان رائع من الاخوات الموجوادت والخدمه سريعه استغرب من بعض التعليقات اللي تذكر عكس ذلك زيارة للمجمع لم تستغرق اكثر من ٤٠د مابين تسجيل والكشف عند الطبيب

زيارتي كانت مع ابني عند الدكتور احمد شفا اشكره جدااااا على حسن استقباله وتعامله الرائع مع ابني وتخفيف التوتر والخوف عنده واقناعه بضرورة الاهتمام بالاسنان ومعالجتها بأسرع وقت..وكذلك اشكره على امانته واخلاصه
بصراحه لو غيره قال اعرف ودمر لي اسنان ابني لكنه ابلغني ان حالة ابني تحتاج اختصاص اخر غيره
The reception was wonderful from the sisters who were present and the service was fast. I was surprised by some of the comments that mentioned the opposite. A visit to the complex did not take more than 40 min between registration and examination by the doctor.
The complex is clean and quiet
My visit was with my son at Dr. Ahmed Shafa. I thank him very much for his good reception and wonderful treatment with my son, relieving his tension and fear, and convincing him of the need to take care of the teeth and treat them as soon as possible.. I also thank him for his honesty and sincerity.
Frankly, if he changed it, he said I know, and he destroyed my son's teeth for me, but he told me that my son's condition needs another specialty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and tidy clinic. Doctors and nurses and well-skilled with great bedside manners. Got my braces done there (with د. عاطف الرافعي) and got excellent results. My brother has gotten work on his teeth in this clinic and has never returned with any complaints. Totally recommend.
