★ ★ ★ ★ ★ السلام عليكم الدكتوره شاكرة جدا ولكن للأسف ما عاد فيه دقه في شغلها ولا تعطي المريض حقه في وقت مجرد تدق الإبر وتطلع ولا تشيك مره ثانيه سريه سريع عشان تاخذ عدد امثر هذا مو مشكلتها لوحده مشكلتنا مع الدكاترة المشاهير الوحده المفروض وربي نصيحه من عندي ما تروح لي اي دكتورة مشهوره مراح تستفيد غير الشغل الغير دقيق والزجمه والأسعار الغاليه الله يهدينا ويهديهم
Peace be upon you, the doctor is very thankful, but unfortunately, there is no more accuracy in her work and she does not give the patient his right at a time. She just points the needles and looks out and does not check again. A quick secret to take a better number. This is not her problem alone. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بتحقن بغض النظر انتي محتاجة مش محتاجة حيلبق ولا ماحيلبق ولا بتسال انتي شو حابه ولا اصلا بتعطي مجال تتكلمي او تشرحي انتي شو بدك (ما بتسمع ولما بتتكلمتي ما بتتمعن للكلام من الاستعجال ) مادية بحت بس بتفوتي بتشمر ايديها بتجيب ابره وبتغز !
اسوء قرار عملته بحياتي قبل عرسي رحتلها و بشعتني بالبوتوكس ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شغلها حلو بس مررره شايفه نفسها معليش هي قاعده تشتغل بفلوسنا ترى ولا تعطي مجال اني اسألها لا على طول تخلص من الشغل وتطلع واحاول اكلمها تعطيني ظهرها وتمشي معليش فيه الف دكتوره غيرها ماوقفت عليها
Her job is good, but I see that she herself is sorry. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ صراحه شغل هبه مجدي شين انا سويت عندها فيلر خدود و تكساس بسيط تحب الاوفر و شافتني صغيره شوي قامت دفعتني بملغ وقدره لا و سوت عيني سحبه وهو ما يلق مع وجهي هذاغير التكتل و الدكتوره مشغوله ما تعطيك شرح للاجراء كامل و تجلس معاك وتشرح لك طريقة المساج طريقة النوم الاستقبال شرحتها لي صراحه تجربه فاشله ومستحيل ارجع لها

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ما لمست المستوى المتوقع مقارنة بشهرتها،انسانه مادية بحت!! اولا رح اتكلم من ناحية المواعيد كان عندي موعد مراجعة الساعه ٤ وكنت قبل موعدي ب٥ د وجلست انتظر إلى ٤:٤٥ ودخلوا كل الي في الانتظار الا انا وبالصدفة مراجعتين توهم دخلوا إلى غرفة الانتظار وجلسوا ١٠ د وسالوني عن موعدي فبلغتهم وهم كان موعدهم ٤:٣٠ يعني متاخرات عن موعدهم وشوي ونادتهم المنسقة ولما سألتهم صاروا يحاولوا يرضوني بكلمتين لما وضحت. لهم انه اسلوبهم مرفوض وواضح لاني مراجعه ولا رح تاخذون مني فلوس وبتهتمون الي بيدفعون صارت المنسقة تقل ادبها معي وتتكلم بطريقه غير لائقة لاني كشفتهم!!!
اما من ناحية عدم المصداقية نصحتني اعمل ديرما بن وكلمتني عن النتيجة الي رح اشوفها لما سويتها وبعد اسبوع راجعتها قلت لها مو شايفه نتيجة نهائي قالت لازم تعمليها كل شهر عشان تظهر النتيجة!!طيب ليش ما بلغتني بهالشي قبل اسويها!!! وغير انها ما تعطي وقت للشرح وكل شي عندها سريع ويهمها تجمع فلوس فقط بدون مصداقية ولا احترام للزبونة... دفعت مبلغ كبير بدون فائدة?

I had a review appointment at 4 and I was 5 minutes before my appointment and I sat and waited until 4:45 and they entered everyone waiting except me and by chance two reviews entered the waiting room and sat for 10 minutes and asked me about my appointment, so I told them and they were at 4:30 I mean, they were late for their appointment, and their coordinating call was grilled, and when I asked them, they started trying to satisfy me with two words when I clarified. To them, their method is rejected and clear because I am reviewing and you will not take money from me and you care about what they pay. The coordinator has become less polite with me and speaks in an inappropriate way because I exposed them!!!
As for the lack of credibility, she advised me to do Derma Ben and she told me about the result that I would see when I settled it, and after a week I reviewed it, I told her I did not see the final result. She said that you must do it every month to show the result!! Ok, why did you not inform me of this before I settled it!!! However, she does not give time to explain, and everything is fast, and she is interested in collecting money only, without credibility or respect for the customer... She paid a large amount without interest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ياليت الاهتمام اللي نشوفه بالمعلنين نشوفه في العيادة..د.هبة ماجلست معي أكثر من خمس دقايق حاولت فيها تقنعني أسوي اجراءات كثيرة ما أحتاجها وأنا جيت بس عشان المدح على تعبئة الهالات..دخلت غرفة الاجراء وبنجوني وجت مباشرة وخلصت كل شيء في خمس دقايق وفتحت عيني ومالقيتها..ولاكلمتني ولاعطتني تعليمات ولاشفتها بعدها..وفوق كذا الحقن سيء وعندي الحين كورة كبيرة جنب عيني..كلمتهم بعدين عنها قالوا "المفروض" تسوين لها مساج..أولاً الدكتورة ماقالت لي إنه "مفروض" أسوي مساج..ثانياً طول عمري أسوي عند د. فادي نصر ولاعمره قال لي سوي مساج بعد حقن الفيلر لأنه هو يسويه بنفسه وياخذ وقته بعد الإجراء..مشكلته يرفض يسوي الهالات وهذا اللي خلاني أروح لهبة مجدي..وتوبة!
I wish we could see advertisers at the clinic..Dr. Heba didn't sit with me for more than five minutes. She tried to convince me to do many procedures that I didn't need. My eyes and I didn't meet them..and she didn't talk to me and gave me instructions and I didn't see them after that..and on top of that the injection is bad and now I have a big ball next to my eyes..I told them about it, they said, "You should" give her a massage..First the doctor told me that it is "imposed" to do a massage..Second, for the rest of my life I settle at Dr. Fadi Nasr and La'Omra told me to do a massage after the filler injection because he adjusts it himself and takes his time after the procedure.. His problem is he refuses to straighten dark circles, and this is what made me go to Heba Magdy..and repentance!
