★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of the best Clinic ever in Medina City, the doctor was very nice and she answered all of my questions. Very clean and of course they have all knowledge. The owner helped me to travel with my cat to USA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute worst veterinary clinic I've ever been to. I dont know how this place has good ratings... Probably people who have never experienced a good animal hospital to differentiate. Dont waste you're time or money going here if your pet is really in need of help, because they dont display any care, and clearly lack knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best vet clinics I have been to in Saudi Arabia. They are extremely careful, considerate, and provide a clean environment so there's no need to worry about your pet picking up a disease or being mistreated. I have even checked out some clinics in Al Riyadh but I still favor pulse of joy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my cat with urine retention and they only gave him IM antibiotic
And the next day the inserted a foleys catheter and I took him home
The next day when I brought him for follow up he has already removed it
When I told them they said why didn’t you put a collar?? As if it was something I knew already although no one told be to do so
It’s been 2 weeks now and my cat is still sick
If you care about your pets don’t take then here

Good Veterinarian she speaks English so if you have difficulties to speak Arabic it will be easy for you for communication.
