★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff there need to work on their soft skills with customers. I was disappointed on my visit there yesterday with my family.
Unprofessional especially Fatin & the other staff.
They mis-spelled my niece name while writing on the sugar card that will be placed on the birthday cake i have ordered and they refused to correct because they are ran out of sugar cards.
Then it gets irritating because the staff started convincing me that the name they wrote is correct and what im telling them is wrong. Completely ridiculous behavior.
I had to guide them on how to interact and approach with customers and insisted on correcting the name which they finally did.
Definitely it will be my last visit on that branch.
