Honestly, the accuracy of the nurses is great, I thank them for their laser department, and it is not a mistake to come to them from north Riyadh ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الخدمه ممتازه لكن عتبي عليهم وملاحظتي التي لاارضاها ولايرضاها غيري كان عندي موعد يوم السبت الماضي الساعه 4.30 جيت على الموعد وطلبو مني الانتظار وانتظرت حتى الساعه 5.07 وبعدها رجعت للاستقبال قلت وش صار كلمو العياده فوق قالو اطلع سالت المختص بالليزر قلت كان عندك احد قال لي ربع ساعه مافيه احد
The service is excellent, but I blame them and my observation, which I do not like and does not satisfy others. I had an appointment last Saturday at 4.30. I came on time and they asked me to wait and I waited until 5.07 and then I came back to the reception. I said, “What happened to the clinic above?” They said, I asked the laser specialist, I said, “You had someone who told me a quarter of an hour” there is no one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان رايق ونظيف عندي ملاحظه ارجو اخذها برحب صدر واقتراح .ياليت يكون في الدور الاول رسبشن ينظم العملاء لدخول لمواعيدهم ،،انا جيت عشان تنظيف بشره كنت حاجزه موعد قالو لي روحي الدور الاول رحت مافي استقبال يخدموني استغربت قالت لي احد المراجعات روحي غرفه البشره دقي الباب وعلميهم ان عندك موعد سويت زي ما قالت صراحه ما حبيت حسيت بحرج لانه كانت الموظفه مشغوله مع عميله اخرى لما خلصت دخلت انا لانو كان دوري .. جد جد ياليت اجي مره ثانيه ماتواجهني نفس المشكله الصراحه حبيت المركز ماودي اغيره واسفه عالاطاله وشكرا
The place is clean and clean. I have a note that I would like to take with a heart and a suggestion. I wish there was a reception on the first floor organizing customers to enter for their appointments,, I came to clean my skin.
