صاحبه فيه جشع عجيب كان ٦٠٠٠ وقعدت فاضية فترة ثم نزل في السعر الى ٣٠٠٠ وتأمين ١٠٠٠ وهذي اول مرة اشوف تامين على شقق الاثاث سيء للغاية ولا انسى الي باقي يبغى عيونه فيبعد حاط لنبتين ٦ w في كل غرفة الانارة ضعيفههه جدا ويقول لاتغير ولاتضيف شي في الشقة
وانا محدثكم سكنت ٤ شهور وليتني ما اخذت ولايوم طبعا طلعت ومشكلتي ماسجلت التلفيات من الساكن الي قبلي وكلمت السوداني وكذلك الهندي بس ما سجلناها في العقد وقال عليك البويه وعليك تنظيف الشقة وحملني اياها كلها من التامين والله على ما اقول شهيد فلابارك الله في ماله
وانتظر ان كان بيستحي ويرد لي الباقي من التامين علما اني فارش فرش جديد افضل من الي فيه ريحته خايس وحق مطابخ مخطط ولكن قال رجع الشقة كما كانت ولكن حسبي الله على هذه النوعيات وطلعت في شقة ارضية وحوش واكبر وانظف وموثثه ب ٢٠٠٠ ريال فقط فانتبهواااااااااا وهذي وصيه والسلام

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموقع قريب من جميع الخدمات الحكوميه, ودقيقتان لسوق ظهران الجنوب. وبجوار مسجد. ويوجد مصعد يخدم جميع الشقق. والشقه مفروشه بالكامل والمالك شخص محترم. ساكن انا من 7 شهور انا اشوفها احسن مكان في ظهران من ناحية نظافه واثاث وديكور جدا جميل ومرتب. ويوجد حارس يخدم العماره طول الوقت ومريحني من شيلت الاغراض, وتنظيف السياره.
Location is close to all government services, and 2 minutes to Dhahran South Market. And next to a mosque. There is an elevator serving all apartments. The apartment is fully furnished and the owner is a respectable person. I live from 7 months I see the best place in Dhahran in terms of cleanliness and furniture and decor very beautiful and tidy. There is a guard serving the architecture all the time and comfortably from the supercars purposes, cleaning the car.
