★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف بضاعتهم غير جيدة. اشتريت منهم عباية بفصوص وقالوا لي عليها ضمان و طاحت فصوصها خلال اسبوع من تاريخ الشراء وقبل ان تستخدم. وعند طلب اصلاحها، اخذوها مني و خلوها عندهم اسبوعين. و بعد اسبوعين المفاجأة انهم لم يصلحوها و حتى ما أعطوني خبر. عندها طلبت منهم استرداد قيمة العباية لسوء جودتها، قاموا بالمماطلة . بعد ذلك قدمت شكوى لوزارة التجارة و تم حل الموضوع.
أنصحكم بالتأني قبل الشراء و التأكد من المحلات الأخرى
Unfortunately their goods are not good. I bought an abaya with lobes and they told me there is a guarantee and their lobes were washed away within a week of the date of purchase and before they were used. When they asked to fix it, they took it from me and left it there for two weeks. And after two weeks, the surprise was that they didn't fix it, and they didn't even give me news. Then I asked them to redeem the abaya for the poor quality, they stalled. After that I submitted a complaint to the Ministry of Commerce and the matter was resolved.
I advise you to be careful before purchasing and check other stores
