They are excellent and dealing with them is a profit and I am the first time I rent a car from them as if I have been their customer for years

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever experience I had with their services
I rented out a car from them (accent 2013)
They said that they will take care of regular oil changes or they refund it if I had to pay by myself.
Later on while driving rear tire got blasted and the the rear bumper came out from its position due the broken tire sole.
When I contacted them at the same day and requested to replace the car but he denied my request and asked me to change the tire as it is not their responsibility. And he promised me that he will not charge me for damaged bumper.
When I went to return the car after 4 months of use they didn't refund the money for the oil change and they forced me to pay 500bucks extra for the damaged bumper.
