لكن للاسف مواعيدهم غير صحيحه نهائيا واخطاء في التركيب والمقاسات وللاسف الدفع قبل التركيب مما يجعل العميل يجري وراء حقه في انهاء طلبه وعقدهم بشروط مكتوبه لصالحهم اكثر من حماية العميل ف نصيحتي . مثل ماهم مهتمون باستلام حقوقهم لابد من كتابت شروطكم في نفس العقد منها . الالتزام بالموعد .
الالتزام باصلاح الخطاء في وقته او التعويض بالعائد المادي والخصم عليهم عقدي كان ١٥ يوم الان تقريبا ٢٠ يوم والدولاب ناقص بسبب اخطاء المقاسات وكل منهم يرمي الخطاء على الاخر والمتضرر العميل . تجربه شخصيا انا لا اقول عدم التعامل معه ولكن انصح بتشديد العقد بشروط العميل لا تعتمد فقط على عقدهم يضمن حقه ويترك العميل يتخبط معه لانهاء طلبه وعند الاتصال لا يردون عليك الحذر الحذر والافضل لا تقم بدفع المبلغ كامل الا عند استلام موادك كامل والتركيب ممتاز لا يوجد به عيب او من حقك الخصم عليهم اقل شي ٢٠٠ ريال عن كل يوم . اسال الله لنا ولهم الهدايا والصدق.
