★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عندهم حلاقة القطط و تروش القطط شوي مريب لانو المكان منعزل ما تقدري تشوفي قطط ايش يصير معهم في الحلاقة تخذير ? و كمان اكلو قطط شي معلب لانو لمن رجعت البيت استيقظو من التخدير تماما بعد ٦ ساعات و رجعو اللي اكلو المعلب عدة مرات اتوقع من الاكل و التخذير قال لي مدة ساعتين و الحلاقة جدا غير مرتبة ما حبيتها ابدا

سياستهم في الاسترجاع سيئة جدا انسى شي اسمه استرجاع على قولهم المصلحة العامة يخدمون فيه انفسهم العميل لا. ويقلك سياسة وعلى فكرة ماكمل معي اربع ايام ورفض الاسترجاع ويقلي ١٢ ساعة الاسترجاع وهل هذا كلام يعقل

They know their field very well and they always ask questions to make sure they are providing the right product to their customers; especially when it comes to food. I love the fact that they have delivery as well for affordable prices!! Not as other shops, the products are always piled up and never out of store, this makes me feel safe as a customer as I can always guarantee that I am always providing my cat the right food they got used to. Most other shops usually run out of products or they change brands every now and then. The products and the services provided are taken to the level of professionalism, they do provide pets care services too such as wash and general care.
