#كان يزور امه في دار العجزة كل فترة ،وفي احدى المرات جاءته مكالمة من دار العجزة تخبره بأن أمه تحتضر فذهب الابن مستعجلاً ليرى أمه قبل أن تغادر الحياة فسألها ماذا تريديني أن افعل لك يا أماه
قالت الام :أتمنى منك ان تضع مراوح في بيت العجزة لانه لا يوجد لديهم مراوح
وان تضع ثلاجات للطعام الجيد فكم نمت من غير اكل فرد الابن باندهاش الآن تطلبين هذه الأشياء وانتي تحتضرين ! لماذا لم تشتكي من قبل!
ردت الام بحزن ..
لقد تأقلمت مع الحر والجوع ولكنني اخشى عليك أنت ان لا تتأقلم عليهما عندما يأتي بك ابناؤك الى هنا في الكبر
