أخذنا من عندهم سبيكر وأخذوا مبلغ تأمين وحددوا لنا موعد لإعادة الجهاز وأكدوا علينا الموعد ، وعند إعادة الجهاز على الموعد المحدد تماماً الذي حددوه هم لم يكن المسؤول موجود ولم يكن متوفر لدى الموظفين مبلغ التأمين ، انتظرت لمدة طويلة ونحن نحاول الاتصال بالمسؤول ، والموظفين محرجين ولكن الأمر خارج عن إرادتهم .. حتى ذهب أحد الموظفين إلى منزل المسؤول ليحضر لي المبلغ بعد انتظار طويل !!
Honestly, my experience was not good at all
We took a speaker from them and they took a deposit and set a date for us to return the device and they confirmed the date, and when we returned the device on the exact time that they set, the official was not present and the employees did not have the security deposit. Out of their control.. until one of the employees went to the official's house to bring me the amount after a long wait!!
