★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انا صارت معي في مشروه شمال جده ورفعت دعوى مع ان العقد من صالحهم ولكن بعد احضار شهود ان التدليس شفهي يعني قالوا بعد 8 اشهر وطلعوا كذابين وعند مواجهتهم امام القاضي ماقدروا ينكرون وتم تعويضي واعادة مبلغي كامل وبواقع فائدة 12% من تاريخ انتهاء مهلة التسليم المنطوق بها وليست كما في العقد والحقيقه انني طلعت بفايده حول 77 الف غير المبلغ اللي اصلا كنت دافعه دفعه اولى وهو حوالي 260 الف واقساط شهريه 2400 لمدة سنتين و8 اشهر
I was with me in a project north of Jeddah and I filed a lawsuit even though the contract was in their favor, but after bringing witnesses that the fraud was verbal, they said after 8 months and they came out as liars and when confronted with them before the judge, they could not deny. It is not the same as in the contract, and the fact is that I came out with interest about 77 thousand, other than the amount I originally paid, as a first payment, which is about 260 thousand, and monthly installments of 2400 for two years and 8 months.

ولم يسمحو لي بالدخول والاطلاع على سير العمل مع ان هذا مذكور في العقد ومافي موعد تسليم واضح واكيد
انا اطالبهم ب 7 % اللي مذكوره في العقد وعرض السعر وبيني وبينهم القضاء ان شاء الله

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ يارجل بديت أهون من يوم يأخذون أقساط من الواحد وباقي ماأستلم الشقة ويقولون لي ٦شهور وتستلم الشقة وأنا الأسبوع الماضي مقدم وطيب واللي قدم قبلي وباقي ماأستلم ختى الأسئلة مايجاوبون عليك بشكل واضح ويحاولون يصرفونك كل ماتسأل ياهووو ياناس أنا ما بسكن ببلاش لكن نصيحة للي يبغى يشتري قبل ماتشتري روح للناس اللي سكنوا في العمائر الثانية وأسألهم عن كل شيء في خاطرك حتى تكون الصورة واضحة عندك وأنا اليوم بإذن بطبق الشيء هذا
