ع	عبدالله الخطيب on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ موقع ممتاز ومطلّ وسعر مناسب ، ولكن الاسرة غير مريحة ولا تتحمل (تنكسر بسرعة) ، ومساحة الشقة جداً ممتازة والصالة والمجلس كبيرين .. الله يرزق الرجال من واسع فضله سهل التعامل وأخلاقه راقية جداً .. Excellent location, nice view and reasonable price, but the beds are uncomfortable and can not bear (break quickly), and the area of the apartment is very excellent and the lounge and the Council are great .. God bless men from large bounty easy to deal and manners very upscale ..
و	وليد عواجي on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموقع جداً ممتاز للي يحب الهدوء و مناظر الطبيعة و الأسعار لا بأس بها بحكُم ان الشقة واسعه و نظيفه و مرتبه. بس مشكلة فراش السرير انه قاسي بس لا مانع انك تطلب من العامل فُرُش إضافيه لوضعها فوق السرير. و العامل جداً لطيف و كان متعاون معنا يعني اي شيء نبيه يوفره لنا، اما بالنسبه لتعامل صاحب العمارة ما شفت احسن من تعامله و صدقه و مساعدته لنا و أمانته ( اذكر اني نسيت ذهب فالشقة و رجعت للرياض و كلمته و هو ماقصر حصّله و ارسله لي عن طريق شركة شحن ) هذا الموقف يدل على انه أمين الله يجزاه خير و يرحم والديه و يحرمهم من النار. ا	ابراهيم العمر on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان نظيف والشقق غرفها كبيرة جدًا وفيها صالة واسعة تصلح للعوائل . تتميز الشقق بموقعها الريفي البعيد عن صخب المدينة كما يميزها إطلالتها الرائعة على محمية غابة ريدة ذات الأشجار الخضراء . تعامل أصحاب الشقق رائع . ولا أنسى طيلة الحارس الباكستاني اللي يذكرنا بطيبة أهلنا الأولين The place is clean and the apartments are very large rooms and have a spacious lounge suitable for families. M	Mohammed Jawad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من افضل الاماكن للسكن في السودة.. الشقق واسعة ونظيفة ومهتمين بالاحترازات.. وسعرها معقول جدا حتى في الموسم.. وفيها خصم خاص للي يسكن اكثر من ٣ ليالي.. الاجمل من هذا كله هو تعامل صاحب الشقق.. ماشفت انسان بطيبته واخلاقه واهتمامه بالنزلاء.. الله يبارك له في رزقه ويغنيه ويوفقه One of the best places to live in Al Soudah .. ا	ام وافي on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تقييمي كشقة في قرية سياحية، وليس كتقييم فندق، الشقة جميلة وموقعها هاديء وقريب من السودة، مساحتها رائعة، كأنها دور وليست شقة ماشاءالله تبارك الله، تعامل صاحبها راقي جدا ومحترم،تسكن الشقة كأنك في بيتك بالضبط، غرفتي نوم(3اسرة،سرير مزدوج) حمامين، مطبخ صالة مجلس رجال، يوجد مدخلين للشقة. يعيب الشقةالاسرةغير مريحةقليلا، وأنه لايوجد عامل يساعدك في نقل اغراضك، ولايوجد تنظيف يومي للشقق، بل أنت تنظف كما في بيتك، يوجد حارس مجرد حارس وليس عامل.لاينظف ولايساعد، ربما لو كان هناك لو عامل يساعد كان أفضل.
