★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended “not” to go to this establishment, the staff mishandled my juice which caused the juice to fall out of the glass, secondly they gave me only 1 spoon for the cake where as it was huge and commonly such big cakes are shared among people then they messed up my order & gave me the wrong cake. I use to go to this establishment (even in Jeddah, Hail & Tabuk) but I’ve stopped going there. Jasim Ragab has been promoting this place for such a long time & very aggressively but I want to tell him that the service in Riyadh store opposite to Nakheel Mall is very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Juice and dessert shop. Only tried the juice and was really good. We had the Einstein and the Cerelac juice. Both tasted great but I wouldn't call either of them healthy. There's also a selection of desserts such as waffles and pancakes. Haven't tried them though. Don't come here if you're trying to lose weight lol
Also, I think they're trying to change the store name to "39ertimr" (check the picture)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the store today half hour ago sadly the guy who works there next to the door was so rude with me I never expect to see that kind of customer service if the prices slightly above average at least we expect as a customers to see nice customer service I will never come back there if you looking for some respect do not go there.
