★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday visited, Agent said all Zain services are down. Even he didn't allow me to take a service ticket from queue management device. I headed to another branch-in front of King Abdullah Park. There he fixed the issue immediately and there were customers in front - means for them also issue got fixed. And u know it takes only few minutes from that branch to this branch. 0 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Office is clean and comfortable. Waiting time in Q of this branch is usually long time. I faced a staff mistake of putting postpaid No. in my account without my request nor my acceptance and he couldn’t fix his mistake till Zain had issued a bill for that number ?.
It’s clear that some employees need training in using the system & in customer service as well..
