Customer service employees are extremely rude & clueless of where the process of my refund is.
It's been 5 weeks & no refund has been issued
This was my first time experience and surely will be the last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've purchased AC Thursday and they told me that they will deliver the unit on Saturday morning and the customer service was so pathetic that he doesn't understand the feeling of the customer inquiring regarding the purchased item that made absent for work because of the assurance they worked on Saturday it's a poor management unreliable and incompetent people it's my first and last never again they create stroke and heart attack to the customers terrible service and then they called me that they will deliver the purchased order but they don't have it and they told me out of stock they don't even bother to manage their dispatch details if available or not terrible management

I really appreciated the fact that even thought their English was poor and we couldn't communicate easily, they did everything to transfer the information i was searching for. It became my favorite electronic store in Riyadh. Good job ?
