Was promised to have my abayas ready in 2-3 weeks. 7 weeks later after calling several times (some calls get answered and some not) I decided to go in person to pick up whatever is ready.. The new abaya was thrown in the shopping bag like a towel.. I asked for a refund for the other abaya that was never made.

The staff is all Saudi, all very polite, attentive, helpful and smiling at all times.
The atmosphere is chill, light music in the background, all gold with turquoise and white accents.
The prices range from low to high depending on the brand and quality of the item.
Overall the experience was great.
