★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday i went with my friend to watch a movie in Gold experience , a Saudi guy with a big smile and very warming welcome ( MUFLEH i guess) was at the front desk, very good seats and yummy food

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went with a booking for a wrong date and my son was really disappointed but an angel from the staff (Abdulrahman) stepped in and offered us to change it to another movie which my son loved and enjoyed so much, Abdulrahman made his day and this is true customer satisfaction in practice. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had one of the best experience to start my weekend. One of things that would make come again again is the STAFF. They are friendly and helpful. They offered me a nice service for free due to unintended mistake. The guy named مفلح was very nice and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. We bought tickets to the wrong theater and the manager or guy scanning our tickets transferred the tickets to the current location. Thankfully they were at the same time but the service was super friendly and kind when it counted. The service behind the concessions was a little slow for being an almost empty lobby. I've already been back.

The workers were all very professional and well mannered. And the snacks and the drinks were great. Except the slushies, I didn't like them. The place was very well maintained and the bathrooms were also in good shape. Overall a great experience thank you. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome experience each time. Clean and comfortable seats. Service is excellent. Try to avoid weekends if possible, as it can be crowded, and waiting for snacks takes a long time. Early showings are the best time. Only 3 eateries available outside of the vox area. No desserts, that's the only thing missing. Overall, it's always a pleasurable experience. Staff are hardworking and efficient.
