★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They broke my luggage and made me file a complaint to compensate for the damages (December 18th, 2019) and I did not hear back from them till now. I sent a couple of reminders but nothing has changed.
The flight was good and completely comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been charged 190 sr bcz my luggage was 30 kg and the allowed is 23 kg and the other was 13kg only wich is the allowed is 23 kg as well ...by logic the allowed is 23+23=46 ..mine is 30+13= 43 kg ...still i have remaining weight 3kg ..so y they charged me ..i found it unfair..i pay it bcz i don't want to change my vacation mood which is after 1.5y and it's Corona and ramadan ...they should be flexible and have some humanity
