★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for three months. Vip suite for 4500 SR a month. Not bad compared to the prices in the area. The room is clean and the bed is comfy. The view is awesome! I wish they had a different set of sofas in the living area but the one they have isn’t bad itself (it’s not a lazy boy or an L shaped sofa but it’s also not stiff and small)
The receptionist (Muneer) is a really nice guy and helped a lot! Thanks Muneer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed there for one month. It’s nice small apartments with central A/C which is uncommon here. Prices are above average due to location. The issues I had was the sewage smell coming through A/C vents and limited parking.
