★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا انصح بالتعامل معهم فالبعد عنهم غنيمه .. فقد تم التعليق عليهم سابقا ومنحهم فرصه لتعديل اخطائهم واخلالهم بعقودهم وفرصه للوفاء بوعودهم ولم يفعلوا بل كانت محاوله منهم لرفع التعليق السابق عنهم فقط ولم يكن للتفاهم او التصالح لانهاء المشكلات .. الحذر ثم الحذر .. وقفت على احد أعمالهم وكانت سيئة جدا وطاقم العمل لديهم يعمل دون خبره و بدون امانه في عملهم وانعدام تام في الإتقان فقط لإنهاء العمل مظهر دون جوهر لاخذ الاموال وعند مطالبتهم لا يستجيب اي احد منهم بل يتعمدون المماطلة... وهذا كله محسوب من وقتك ومالك وراحتك وهم ولا همهم شي .. سأقوم بوضع مجموعه صور لاعمالهم السيئه وقريبا فيديوهات توضح كل عيوبهم ..
احذروا التعامل معهم حفظا لسعادتكم فلا تشتري من حلالك عله .. الشخص المتضرر في منزله حاليا يطالبونهم بشكل رسمي بشكواهم للجهات المختصه الحكوميه وهذا يصور لكم ما سوف تواجهونه في حال اخترتم هذه المنشاءه.
ملاحظه ((المبنى جديد)) وعيوب عملهم كثيره ومن بينها تسريب مياه الامطار من سقف المبنى مما تسبب في ضرر المبنى من الداخل والغرف و أثاث ومقتنيات و روائح كريهه قبل سكن المنزل من أصحابه وايضا خزان المياه لم يتم تنظيفه لان ضرره فقط على المالك والعديد من المشكلات الكثيره والتي تتطلب عملا كثيرا ووقتا وعناء وكلها محسوب على المستفيد الاول صاحب المبنى فقط لأنه اختارهم لتنفيذ البناء.

الشي اللي تطلبه ينفذونه بالحرف بنسبة لي كان الشغل تنفيذ ولكن تنفيذهم بنسبة 98 %
واللي يعجبك فيهم انهم مصممين اصلا يعني تجيب التصميم من اي مكتب ما هو ينفذوها وبس لا يعطونك استشارات من عندهم هذا ينفع وهذا لا
همهم بصراحه الزبون اهم شي الجودة والسعر المناسب للزبون
اما الاثاث فهذا حكاية انت نام في بيتك وهم يجيبون الي في التصميم من اي مكان من جدة من الرياض من الشرقية ما هو شغلك ما عليك تجيك الصور وانت اختار
اما الاشراف لا تخاف عندهم المهندس محمد سليم (ابو عمر ) يتابع كل شي بنفسة ويرد عليك ليل نهار وكل شغله هو يستلمها بنفسة قبل ما يسوي اي شي يقولك ذي ينفع وهذا لا وذوقه جدا راقي وايضا اخوه سيد مساعده زيه كمان
ولا انسى صاحب الموسسة ابو خالد متابع الشغل بنفسة
انا انصح التعامل معهم وبشدة
