The website icon next to the policy info. does not give you the option to cancel, yet the customer service agents on the phone, via e-mail and via WhatsApp refused or didn’t know how to cancel it.
They are poorly trained, inflexible
And follow automated prompts
Not been able to adapt to individual problems.
I have contacted at least ten different agents, still unable to cancel.
My other car insurance was through Inmaa International. Ig took only a couple of minutes to cancel and a day or two to get the refund
