Very close to the Haram but you have to wait every time for the elevators especially during minutes before or after Salat ! The service is always late, you have to wait for towels, or cleaning service, or you can wait for long minutes for someone to take your luggage even if you call the standard they don't answer ! For the restaurant the food is tasteless, and you have always to wait if you ask for something or worse, they can tell you it's finished, the staff sometimes speak only Bangali, no arabic or english ! Maybe it was the last days in Ramadan and the Hotel was Crowded but not returning there for sure !

Pros . Haram views♡ Beautiful sights of umbrellas..courtyard of masjidunabawi صلي الله عليه و سلم . Breakfast variety tasty . Smart furnishings, bathroom decor and comfortable room Cons . Family couldn't be together amd get accommodation on one floor . Paraplegic bathrooms v messy. water goes everywhere on floor.needs some glass to block off the shower . 531 geyser/water heater faulty. Water runs cold after a few minutes before heating up again . Room needs proper lighting on ceiling plz, not led strips! . Housekeeping/cleaning staff need to be taught to move things and then wipe, how to dust ,clean and polish to ensure place doesn't just 'look' tidy but is clean and hygienic . Lifts sometimes very busy and full. Take the stairs .Room view on fifth floor is haram facing but unfortunately unremovable grid obscures sight. Cant see outside properly

11-12 march 2022, check in here. Pros: I like it because near gate for ladies prayer area. And lots of shop lots and shopping bin dawood. The room very nice, junior suite and clean. Cons: The check in part very downgraded for everything. I book through agoda and they look like it's first time it ever happened. Like, really? And disturbing lift user, I got free gym through staircase three times for a day.

Right in the front row of hotels, excellent location with direct access to gate 17 (women section) — entry gate 330 and toilet/parking 223. Overcharged underground parking, reservation said it is 100 SAR/night but security said SAR 250/night. Carpets in the hallway could be cleaned, breakfast menu and quality could be improved. There are 6 elevators, obviously crowded in the season. There is no wow factor, pricey due to location

It is a very convenient location for the family, just few steps from haram and on the females prayers area side. The cleanliness across the facility was OKish, leaving a lot to be desired. The room was too small for three beds and the beds were very small too. Not suitable for two adults and two children, even though that is how it appeared after search on booking.com. The restaurant served pretty average food and the plates, cups were often not really properly clean. There are very few lifts for the size of the facility. Overall, a bit too pricy for the quality facilities despite proximity to the Haram.

This might be one of the worst hotels I have stayed in in recent memory. Firstly - Let me say that the location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic. The location to the Haram and the rooms facing the Haram is really excellent and deserves 5 stars. However, that is where the 5 stars end. I wish I could rate this hotel 0 stars. Furnishing and decor - the entire hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment. The carpets are worn out, the furniture is faded and the bathrooms are stuffy and moldy. Breakfast - the breakfast spread is large with a good selection. However, the level of cleanliness, social distancing and quality of food leaves much to be desired. You have to beg the staff for wipes and cutlery - most times I just gave up and got it myself. The egg chef has no system and people push and shove and cut into the lines to be served. Overall the cleanliness of the restaurant is alarming. Housekeeping - I have been in the hotel for 4 nights already and housekeeping has only visited one time to clean. I had to phone about 4 times, beg the staff to clean the room, and eventually threaten the cleaning manager. Again today I requested that the room be cleaned, but 6 hours later nothing. The sheets have not been changed since our arrival. When the staff does clean, it leaves much to be desired. A wipe down of the bathroom and tidying the bed does not constitute cleaning. I had to request the room be vacuumed. The worst part of the hotel is the elevators - there are 6 elevators and during prayer time it is a disaster. It can take up to 15 minutes to get one - and that too comes with pushing and shoving. I understand that is outside the scope of the hotel to control their guests, but the scenes at the elevator are a severe health and safety risk. Overall this is catastrophic hotel and one that I would not recommend staying in.

I travel 2-3 times a year, this hotel was absolutely the worst!!!! I wouldn’t even call it a hotel, it’s more of a motel. When we first arrived, we had to wait about 5 minutes just for the elevator to arrive!!! And we had to wait that long EVERY SINGLE TIME we needed to use the elevator. At the reception, customer service couldn’t get any worse!!! They don’t even look at you when you talk to them. And I thought it would never get any worse until they charged us DOUBLE the amount!!! I paid with my mada card, 5 minutes later, the exact same amount was deducted from my Visa card that I used to make the reservation. I had to talk to them 4 times to get my money back, and guess what, they didn’t get all of it back, they just gave me the cash they had. When we got into the room, the carpet was wet, the water heater wasn’t working properly, we had to shower in cold water every day, they never answer when we call them, and there’s NO HOUSEKEEPING!!! You’d literally need to run after the janitors to get them to clean our room. After all of that, when we asked for a late checkout because of our flight time, they refused without even asking which room we were staying in to check its availability!! And one last fun fact, this 3 star hotel costs about 1.5 times most of the 5 star hotels in the area!

Very very poor management. The reservation tried to take payment from Credit Card without our permission via Booking as this caused us a huge problem contacting the Bank in Canada. The management did not acknowledge our complaint. Some staff on reception do not look at you, they keep counting the money or looking at their phones. Very bad customer service. The Breakfast buffet is poor quality not as expected as we paid lots of money for this hotel. (We had rotten food such as yogurt. It was rotten and chunky) Air quality in Hotel is horrendous. Our room smelled like smoke, even though it's a non smoking hotel. We smelled other peoples' food and worst of all, the room smelled like sewage. They overcharge customers for very bad service. This is not fair.
