★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starbucks coffee might remain the same, but the staff is the worst thing in the branch. There is one employee who make the drinks and the cashier at the same time, so you will relies that the order will take forever. And the cashier is not flexible with the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Americano I received here was consistent with standard. The branch is not obvious from the main road and I did miss it and had to return back to it. Generally nice but is a bit tiny in size

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this coffee shop, it’s global brand and you can find it every where, which is good.
I’m facing with them 2 issues that repeated in several branches whether in Riyadh or Jeddah. First issue which is inaccuracy upon generate the price in invoice. e.g. you ordered short size black coffee. The cashier calculated in invoice as small size where you will pay extra 2 SAR if you not notice or not review the invoice. When client figure out such mistake, the reaction is still not acceptable and seems the mistake become standard practice. Always review your bill.
On the other hand, the quality of cup is bad as showed in pic in this comment. The liquid of coffee will become out of Starbucks low quality cup. This will affect the smell and taste of your drink where it will be impact your experience. I didn’t face this problem with other brand.
I hope Starbucks solve this soon.
