Arrived on a Friday when it was supposed to be open. It was closed. Waited outside until it was open. Was seated at a table where the paper covering looked unclean. I requested new paper and was told it had been wet and dried wrinkly but it was clean. I couldn’t understand the guy just wouldn’t give me a new paper square cover. There is no posted menu on the wall/counter, and no personal menus available to look at. So if you don’t have a cell phone to go online, you are out of luck.
Food:
The crab quinoa salad would have been nice if they didn’t completely cover the top of it with mayonnaise. It wasn’t like that in the picture so I didn’t expect it. The shrimp bucket had no flavor, no salt or seasoning, just flecks of parsley. The piece of corn on the cob it came with was good though. The rice (extra 8SAR) was hard, dry, and tasteless. The fried chicken slider was greasy, but otherwise tasty. Fries also had no salt on them. Lemon mint drink was nice though.
Service:
I was irritated because there was a man behind us who arrived 15 minutes after us & ordered the same shrimp bucket we did. He was served the first shrimp bucket available, while we were made to wait. No one followed up with us to see if the food was ok or if we needed anything else. The food was below average but the customer service was simply poor. I would not come again. The shrimp bucket at ShrimpShack or Shrimp Anatomy is much better and the customer service at either of them is far superior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was positive surprised. Was expecting the usually fish and chips restaurant but it was different. Even if they use frozen products the seafood rice was very good. The service team was friendly and I received a nice hot dish which is not always the case in Riyadh.

Paying 120 SR for tiny containers is like soap and 10 pcs shrimp bowl is absurd.
Never go back and never recommend to my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried here for the first and they’re actually good. The sauce is not too salty. Tho lesser serving compared to other shrimp restos in Riyadh but taste wise they didn’t disappoint.
