★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salespeople have not been trained properly, they don't know their own products (for example they would draw a blank if you say I want to see a 2.55 peoduxt). They don't know the difference between calf leather and lamb skin. One such lady said I don't know what you mean by kalllf leather (!). In my opinion they undermine the brand and the buying experience
