م	مالك العجلان on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المدخل الى الشاليه غير معبد ( ردميه ) ايضاً لايوجد جرس ايضاً هنالك حشرات مؤذيه خصوصاً للأطفال ايضاً العامل دخل وطفى الفلتر والأطفال يسبحون ايضاً فيه نوافير عند المسبح طافيه ايضاً باب السياره لا يعمل ايضاً المسبح فيه حشره ارعبت الاطفال ايضاً التبريد سئ مع تشغيل المكيفات ايضاً تكاد تنعدم الخصوصيه لوجود كميرات خلف المبنى ايضاً والشئ الي خلاني أقيم هو انعدام الامانه يوم جينا نطلع جاء العامل قعد يتقد الثيل واحواض الشجر وبلاط المسبح يمكن اخذنا منه ويناظر الأفياش ويشغل اللمبات يتأكد لا يصير خربت ثم جاء للدورة المياه وقال انتم كسرتم الشاور والكسر مب طبيعي ابد كأنه مقطوع بزرادية والله المستعان The entrance to the chalet is unpaved. م	مي القميش on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان جدا جميل ونظيف وتعامل الحارس محترم لكن للأسف ينقصه بعض الصيانة طلبنا من الحارس فتح الكراج وقال عطلان وكذالك النوافير حول المسبح عطلانه والفلاتر قال عطلانه ما تشتغل لوقت طويل يشغلها وقت بسيط ويطفيها وعند المغادرة طلبنا مكنسة لتنظيف المكان وقال ما اقدر مفتاح المستودع مع المالك اتمنى يتم صيانة المكان وتوفير أدوات النظافة للمستأجر حتى يترك المكان أفضل مما كان The place is very beautiful and clean, and the guard's treatment is respectful, but unfortunately it lacks some maintenance. ه	هياء القحطاني on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من أفضل الشاليهات اللي جيتها من ناحية النظافه والاهتمام بالعميل ، الجلسات الخارجية شرحه جداً ، راح نعيد له الزيارة بإذن الله It is one of the best chalets that I have come to in terms of cleanliness and customer care. The external sessions are very explained, and we will return the visit, God willing.
