★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a really nice place to visit. That was my first time to Shake Shack on the middle east. I ordered the regular beef burger and the chicken burger with fries. The food was delicious and I recommend it. Prices are normal for a burger.

Tried the smoke shack and was very delicious.
overall experience was very good but not up to the international shake shack experience that you would expect

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just want to share a few kind words about this Shake Shack. This is my favorite Shake Shack in the world, even counting the US. It all comes down to the staff. They are kind and warm. I am always greeted when I come in and am made to feel very welcome.
Of course the food tastes great and always comes out quickly.
So a big shout out to CJ and crew

The place has gone down in value and quality over time. I used to visit it quite often in UAE but it was my first time in KSA
Alia Mall branch was the one that i went to
Selected a set of beef and chicken burgers alongwith cheese fries and large lemonades (plain and with strawberry)
Burgers were too small in size given their price and we had to order extra fries to satiate our hunger even after one serving of burgers
For two adults and two childreb, we paid SR 162 which is quite alot for a fast food place at a whooping SR 40 per person!
Not recommended as there are many better and more appetizing fast food places in and around Riyadh
