★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لي تجربتين سابقتين، كل واحدة أفضل من الاخرى. المكان نظيف، هاديء و تعامل الاستقبال و الموظفين جدا محترم. جميع الخدمات متوفرة من إنترنت و مواقف، الموقع مناسب جدا لقربه من المطار، طريق الدمام "اذا كنت زائرا من المنطقة الشرقية" و أيضاً الدائري الشمالي الذي يعتبر الان هو الشريان الرئيسي لمدينه الرياض.
 I have two previous experiences, each one better than the other. The place is clean, quiet and the reception and staff are very respectful. All services are available from the Internet and parking. The location is very convenient for its proximity to the airport, Dammam Road "if you are a visitor from the Eastern Province" and also the Northern Ring Road, which is now the main artery of the city of Riyadh.

الثلاجة ليست جيدة
دورات المياه بدائية
ازعاج بسبب طبيعية بعض النزلاء والأطفال وسوء العزل،

Very clean and excellent price and services in front of a barber and laundry and grocery and its location Zain and new and recommended in which the owner of what is paid only families means excellent but live up to five stars no club and no swimming pool and no buffet and no breakfast and no Any thing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كنبات الصالة ليست نظيفة .. باب الشقة كان قفله خربان فاضطرينا نحط كنبة ورا الباب عشان الطفل مايفتح الباب ويطلع برا .. أما الباقي بشكل عام جيد .. العمال متعاونين والمكان هادئ ومريح ..
The sofas in the hall are not clean.. The door to the apartment had a bad lock, so we had to put a sofa behind the door so that the child would not open the door and go outside.. The rest is generally good.. The workers are cooperative and the place is quiet and comfortable..
