★ ★ ★ ★ ★ يعطونك موعد ويلطعونك عند الباب وفوق كذا فساتين الزفاف مو متوفرة في كل الفروع اذا عجبك فستان يطلبونه لك من اي فرع وتدفعين حق الشحن ٤٠٠ ريال ? الحج من كذا ماشفت !! مشكلتكم انتو وش دخلني ادفع حق الشحن علشان تجيبونه لفرعكم بالرياض!! ولا وفروا كل الفساتين
 They give you an appointment and stab you at the door and on top of that, wedding dresses are not available in all branches. If you like a dress, they order it for you from any branch and you pay the right of shipping 400 riyals ? Hajj from this I did not see!! Your problem is that I have to pay the shipping right to answer it to your branch in Riyadh!! And do not save all the dresses

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid for a 10,010SAR / Php136,000 / $2,665 Rosa Clara wedding gown only to be ripped off. Do not be fooled by the ambiance of their shops, their convincing words, or their marketing. From my experience, they took ZERO responsibility when they messed up my gown.
I've had up to 10 fittings but their repair damaged my gown and the tailor stained it with blood. They also asked me to buy heels to finalize the length but when i brought 4 inches heels, it was still too long. So they told me i need to wear 6 inches instead because they can't change the length anymore. I got this gown on June 2021 and it's not fixed til now and it's less than 2 months til my wedding. I'm a March 20, 2022 Bride. No damage fee or refund even after i have demanded it from them. Instead, they told me they'll give me 1000SAR discount if I buy another gown! The offer was to create more sale out of me and take more money! They asked me to come back again for the 11th time but I have decided to get another supplier and post this review. Super traumatic and terrible customer service. I have emailed them my bad review but no reply from Jan 9 so I guess they don't care at all.
