Good doctors (Ophthalmologists) and friendly staff. However they dont have fully automated database & they are still relying on paper based paitent medical record files due to which you normally have to wait longer for processing time.

If I could give a lower score, or even zero, I would have given it without a second thought! Did LASIK surgery 2 months ago. Below are my experience and feedback: 1. The doctor insisted the procedure will not cause pain & prescribed the painkiller of a child’s dosage for an adult of 30 years old AND the meds weren’t even enough for a day! I had severe pain and had to take painkillers every 3 hours, on empty stomach for 24 hours straight, with meds provided by my friends instead. Of course it eventually leads to hypoglycaemia, dehydration and gastritis. 2. When contacted via phone calls and WhatsApp, the Filipinos nurses were nothing but rude and unprofessional! She literally shouted to me and my friend when we told them that I was in severe pain and requested for doctor. She claimed she had the same experience and just bare with pain till it goes off after 24 hours. I’m a nurse myself. First, I wouldn’t be shouting at a patient, let alone a paying patient, which means I paid for your salary, second, it’s not helping for the nurse to be “sharing” her experience as the patient is seeking medical care, not “confessions” from a nurse. 3. This is THE ONLY hospital/clinic where immediate follow up (24 hours post procedure) is NOT scheduled. They requested to be reviewed AFTER a week. I’m not sure it’s because they’re super confident or it’s merely poor follow up care. 4. Post procedure, they gave a list of medications and when to apply BUT FAILED to mention that 2 of the medications (eye drops) required OFFICIAL PRESCRIPTION from a doctor to get the meds (yup, the meds are not provided. Patient needs to buy from any pharmacy out of the hospital/clinic). When contacted them, till today (2 months passed) and I still haven’t received the prescription. So literally I have missed my meds scheduled THANKS TO THE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF there. So, to those who are seeking for eye care, eye follow up, even eye procedure/surgery, avoid this Center at all cost! They’re just concerned with money. If all patients pay the same way & speed they treated the patients, they wouldn’t be maintaining the hospital/clinic till today. To the hospital/clinic management who’s reading (if they ever read AND knows how to read), fix your problems and re-hire or even fired those nurses. Lack of empathy and respect is not a nurse criteria. It’s basic, not Harvard-acquired skills. Wasted SR5k for the procedure.

I have a very bad experience with this clinic. They are careless to the patients and their service is very slow.after waiting three and half hours they informed me the required dr is no available. Finally i got money back. I have lost my 4 working hours for nothing.i was not satisfied but upset.
