★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New compound .... very strange and odd pricing where you can find the same unit but varies in the lease amonut depending only on the view of the swimming pool vs the street!! No management yet ...facilties are not operational yet .... no leasing team yet...serve your self approach.

Small flats are okay, duplexes seem great.
They have swimming pool and gym and cinema.
Affordable price.

We waited couple of months and they didn't manage to improve the facilities around the compound.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The territory is ok, but not big, green bushes, birds are singing, pool is great and clean, without heating, kids zone, gym, second pool indoors with sauna, many kids in compound. water delivery every week to the doors. Free bus transfer to schools and malls for tenants according to the shedule. Some units have amazing terraces. The mouse was noticed. No wooden table in the kitchen, only the big one in the living room. Much children noise from outside in the evenings and nights. Strange yellow stains on the floor. The furniture is good, not old (beds, tables, chairs, sofas). The ceilings are high and appartments seem vast. The manager is ok, tries to solve the problems. The district is new,so there are no malls and parks nearby. The grocery supermarket Othaim, kfc, dunkin donats, laundry, pharmacy - all in 200-300 metres from compound.
Kids playground became old and broken in some places because children use it with no responsibility , management doesn’t fix it(( no cafe in compound, but free ice cream and popcorn every Friday ✌️✌️ parking underground is available. Good security gate staff, all the parcels are delivered there
