★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just going through all the reviews below I think it's better to open our company staffs account in samba rather than NCB. Nearly all of the opinions are negative. How come a customer open an account in such banks, where the staffs are completely negative in attending to customer queries. Never saw such thing in life. What is the management upto? Really have no idea!!!!Strange!!!!!

How come they are employing a saudi who seems to be uneducated and zero knowledge about customer service. I was trying to open an account with them and the first thing he said how much I am sending and told him 500sar but he told me to Rahji or Enjaz...First time I encounter such person!

I came here at 2pm, found service is closed . security told me that come back after asr paryer it means after one and half hour! Lazy and disrepect staffs
