★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the newest mall in the City. I must say its a best place to spend some quality time with family and friends. Best place to do some shopping. Best place to explore different kind of dishes and desserts. And also theres varieties of coffee shops to choose from. Simply its a best place to spend your day off. ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Look really promising. Finally we seeing a new mall comes without tamimi or panda but a new grocery franchise. The mall interior is modern but not as big as riyadh park. You can find some restaurants at the highest floor and this is also the house of tiger sugar bubble tea franchise.
There is cinema and theme park here too. Brand new.
Seems to me it's still the suadi typical kind of mall where u find some zara, pull bear and the usual names. Nothing too fanstastic so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A new mall in Riyadh. Good to have more options. Still not all shops are opened. Crowded during the weekends.
Nothing special, just like other malls.
The play area "sala city" is attractive along with mouvi cinema. However, the prices are high for the play area.
Overall it is good that now we have more malls in riyadh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mall is not fully operating right now but soon it will be but all brands are available but cafe’s are all open and operating on its best. Over all the mall is really beautiful. It has play area for kids, bowling area and laser tag game for everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love it although most of the shops are still not open. The design is good, one hallway and shops designed right and left only with bright roof. Also the landscape and the outdoor restaurants area is lovely

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Park Avenue is a new mall, that has a few shops. There are many places still to be occupied. Notwithstanding it is a beautiful mall. I was impressed by the top floor which uses natural light as opposed to electrical light. The mall has three floors, there is plenty oh parking outside. I wish they had undercover parking.
