رد سيئ وأسلوب وقح وتاكل امام المراجعات
كان ماعندها بريك تاكل فيه
ماجينا نراجع في بيتكم انتم موظفين لخدمه المراجعات والطالبات
ولا يوجد رد على التلفون الخاص في المكتب واذا تم الرد تقول مين الي معطيك رقمنا لا يكون داقه على بيتكم؟

يجب على الادارة المسؤولة ان تهتم بتدريب وتوجيه موظفيها خاصه من يتعامل مع الطالبات المراجعات.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الاتصالات لا يتم الرد عليها يعني تمشي 150 كيلو عشان تستفسر عن شيء بسيط بالامكان الرد بالهاتف
اتمنى وضع سنترال رسمي يقوم بالرد على جميع الاستفسارات جامعه بذا الحجم ومهملين وسائل التواصل مع الطلاب والمجتمع
