لايوجد حمامات يعني غير مهيأ للعوائل ?
وانكتمتنا من ريحة الشوي كل المحل دخان ?
والطاولات قريبه جدددا ?
والويترز تناديهم لين تطفش يقولك طيب ولايجي
مافيه مقبلات وسلطات مخلصه واحنا لسى الساعه 10 ✖️
طلبت شيش طاووق عادي جدا والتتبيله مو لذيده
وطلبت ساندوتش شيش طاوق التتبيله عباره عن مايونيز وخردل ونكهة الخردل طاغيه ?
الطلب يتأخررررر نص ساعه

تأكل الدجاج أو اللحم بلا طعم ولا رائحة
الحمص بلا طعم أيضاً
والخبز عبارة عن خبز مفرود من البقالة ويوضع في أكياس بنية كأنه طازج
المحل صغير
الديكور جميل
والغريب ملابس الكاشير غير رسمية
ومدير المطعم داخل المطبخ بثوب بدون اشتراطات صحية

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مع بالغ الاسف المطعم تغير بشكل فظيع جدا 3ساندويتش تأخذ نصف ساعة !!!
واتصل بهم تقريباً اكثر من خمس مرات عشان يجهز الطلب لا يوجد رد على الهاتف !
ناهيك عن مستوى النظافة في طاولات الاكل ? والارض فيها بقايا اكل رغم انه في كل مرة انبه الكاشير لهذا الشيء لكن مافيه تجاوب
وكذلك عامل النظافة يشيل الساندويتشات بداخل المطبخ بيديه ويتفحص الطلبات والأكياس ، الصراحة المطعم صار يرفع الضغط ( مستوى الخدمة+وقت الخدمة+مستوى النظافة)
سأتوقف عن زيارته والتعامل معه .
Unfortunately the restaurant has changed so horribly 3 sandwiches take half an hour!!!
And I called them almost five times to get the order ready, but there was no answer on the phone!
Not to mention the level of cleanliness in the eating tables ? and the floor has leftovers of food, although every time the cashier alerted this thing, but there was no response
Likewise, the cleaner removes the sandwiches inside the kitchen with his hands and checks the orders and bags. To be honest, the restaurant is raising the pressure (service level + service time + hygiene level)
I will stop visiting and dealing with him.

السلبيات * لايوجد مواقف المحل صغير جدا -غير مهيأ للعوائل - ريحة الشوي تغلب على المكان لدرجة تحسون بالكتمة داخل المحل - والأسوأ مع الأسف ممكن انتظاركم يوصل ٤٥ دقيقه وانتو اللي تذكرونهم بعد
طلبنا كان (ساندوتش كباب - ساندوتش دجاج - صحن مقبلات -٢مشروب ) الحساب ٧٤ ريال
اتمنى يتطور المطعم لأن فعلا لذاذة الاكل لاتوصف واللي فهمته انه لشباب سعوديين

لذيذه جدًا يتعنّى لها الواحد والمطعم نظيف ومرتب وأسعارة مناسبة لكن لاتفوتون الحميسة مع الطحينية???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ طلبت من عندهم دجاج مشوي لكن ماكان مستوي للامانه وماقصر الموظف بدله لي بواحد جديد الموظفين خلوقين جدا ومتعاونين من الكاشير الى مقدم الطلبات الساندويتش لذيذه وكذلك الكباب ويوجد عندهم بارتشن للعوائل الاسعار معقوله تجربه كانت جميله

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ التجربه جدا راقيه الطعم ما عليه كلام الجوده ممتاز اللحوم بلدي ?ولا فيه زنخه الدجاج وطني وذايب التتبيله طعمها جميل .. الطلب بشكل متكرر بوكس مشكل اربع اسياخ مع بطاطس ?وسلطه مع صوص خارجي ماسترد مع مايونيز ومخلل مقطع ? ساندويش شيش طاووق وخبز محضر من فرنهم ? وعنده بوكس دجاج مشكل وعنده حميسه والقائمة تطول يقبل جميع اشكال الدفع
فيه محلي داخل وجلسات خارجيه ومتوفر بارتيشن للعوايل وكذلك مغسله يدين بدون دوره مياه اعزكم الله المكان نظيف والاثاث راقي مشتركين في التطبيقات واكيد مانسيت المنيو? والفاتوره ?عندهم شاب اسمه خالد شكرا على لطفك وبالتوفيق له . جعله هني وعافيه علي وعليكم والقائمه غنيه والناس اذواق ???❤️
