★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فخم جدا جدا اشكر ابو فارس صاحب الشقق وعلى الابداع ولكن الاسعار جدا مبالغ فيها انصح به ولكن إذا نزلوا مبلغ الايجار غرفه وصاله وقت الاختبارات ب250ريال
 Very very luxurious, I thank Abu Fares, the owner of the apartments and for creativity, but the prices are very exaggerated, I recommend him, but if they lower the amount of rent for a room and a hall at the time of the tests, it is 250 riyals

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بحسب زيارة أحد الأصدقاء والذي أفاد بأنها نظيفة جدا ومرتبة وتستحق الزيارة مرة أخرى . الشيء الوحيد ما كان بالمستوى المطلوب هو مواقف السيارات تحت المبنى خطير وغير آمن للسيارة عند الدخول أو الخروج
According to a visit from a friend, who stated that it is very clean and tidy and worth a visit again. The only thing that was not up to standard was the parking under the building that was dangerous and unsafe for the car when entering or exiting

تعامل الموظفين رائع وقمه في الأخلاق الكل وخاصه واحد اظن اسمه احمدالقرني
صاحب الحلال موجود دائمآ ومتابع بنفسه
الديكورات حلوه وهادئه
الاثاث ممتاز والاسره مريحه وافضل شئ الغرف مفروشه للي عنده اطفال صغار
كنت اتمنا تكون الصالات مفروشه كذلك
الملاحظه الوحيده المواقف السفليه ضيقه وماتأخذ سيارات إلا عدد قليل ناهيك عن مدخلها الضيق وشديد الانحدار
الاسعار معقوله مقارنه بموقعها ونظافتها وحسن الإستقبال والتعامل
انصح بها???
النظافه ممتازه ولكن كنت اتمنا تكون العماله فلبينين او نيبال للمحافظه على جودة النظافه والصيانه...
الله يرزقه من واسع فضله?

The behavior of the staff is wonderful and the highest in morals for all, especially one, I think his name is Ahmed Al-Qarni
The owner of the halal is always present and follows himself
Sweet and calm decorations
The furniture is excellent, the beds are comfortable, and the best thing is that the rooms are furnished for those who have young children
I wish the halls were furnished as well
The only note is the lower parking spaces are narrow and only a few cars can be taken, not to mention its narrow and steep entrance.
The prices are reasonable compared to its location, cleanliness, good reception and handling
I recommend it ???
The cleanliness is excellent, but I would have liked the workers to be Filipinos or Nepalese to maintain the quality of cleanliness and maintenance...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been there for 8 days during my Jeddah visit last Week. The room and service was good but it is not recommended for non Arab Speaker visitors because none of the employee or managing staffs know a single word of English and I have to communicate with sign language lol.
The Boiler had issue and water was every where, glad to my Ismael, the Bangladish room service guy helped quick to fix and clean up the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s in Jeddah- Very dirty, they ask me to pay incurrence 100 SR wondering for what! No value things plus what u see in website is completely different . a Shame on them - I really feel embarrassed to show the photos.but I have to to improve for better results in future.
