★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a piece of furniture that hasn’t been delivered due to delivery people couldn’t fit one of the part through the apartment entrance. When called the shop, I was given the choice of exchange without refund. However, after a throughly looking to find an alternative, we found a piece that is lees in price than the one retuned. At the cashier, the lady didn’t returned the difference in amount and pointed that the remaining sum will be as a credit for future use. Sooo disappointing as they refused the return of good in the first place, charging for delivery for the second time, giving me the showroom last piece, not returning the difference in cash amount after exchange, etc.
I wouldn’t have come to this shop and made this transaction if I had known their unfair policies and rudeness in dealing with customers. Look elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought several items at total cost of over 28,000 SAR. I have many issues including broken dinning table chair, stained stool chairs instead of having them white they were stained pinky colour. In addition, I have received class side table with faulty sticky making the class loose and very risky for my children and it was rusty from one side. When complained the after sale services did not give it monkey and tried to blame this on me. I will never come back to this shop again. My advice do not buy from them and if you had done already please check the bought items very thoroughly. The shop is dodgy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice selections but just put the real price tag on the products: like Abyat, like IKEA. After 30 minutes of browsing I discover there are 2 discounts (22% and 15%). Be prepared to spend your time, calculator in hand, doing maths. Weird shopping experience and not very convenient.
