★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management not good, every one waits 7hours or more than because to much customer but 1 dentist only working How come? they have other dentist but accommodate only without insurance, if ur company is big they need to double the workers, customer suffer for waiting before procedure Not recommended at all

And i recommended Dra.Dahlia for Dental? she’s so very kind and proffessional as well?
Just the only one worst thing to this clinic,their reception. I arrived 20mins before my appointment time and yet still waiting 1hr before calling my name!it was a poor reception!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. Had my worst experience with Dr. Dahlia with my braces. Im happy with my braces installation and adjustment but not until Dr. Dahlia handled my teeth. Highly unrecommended! Braces removed after 3 years without a single word from that Dentist and my teeth wasn't even good. The energy was always awkward. They charged me additional 200 SAR for their mistake (fully paid already for my braces). The receptionist too, really bad. Had to transfer to another clinic because I'm so done with this clinic. WORST
