★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مجمع كويس هادي وفيه مساحات غرف معقوله بالذات للطلبة والمغترب الجيد ايضا خدمة النظافه ومواقف السيارات ووجود مغسله ومطعم بنفس المكان
A good, quiet complex with reasonable room spaces, especially for students and a good expatriate, as well as cleaning service, parking, and the presence of a laundry and a restaurant in the same place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ١-أسعار عالية لا تتناسب حجم الغرف والخدمات غير متوفرة كالساونا والنادي الرياضي.
٢- عمالة التنظيف سيئة بالتعامل وأدواتهم تحتاج تنظيف!
٣- حصول المستأجر على كرت واحد فقط.
٤-عدم توفير جهاز دفع بالشبكة.
٥- كثرة التعليمات والارشادات.
٦- الميزة الوحيدة المواقف الخلفية.
1- High prices that do not match the size of the rooms and services are not available, such as the sauna and gym.
2- The cleaning staff is bad to deal with and their tools need cleaning!
3- The tenant has only one card.
4- Not providing a network payment device.
5- Lots of instructions and instructions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ والله يالنجمه كثيره فحقهم غرفه وسخه ب 2000 في الشهر طيب يعني في السنة ب 24 الف غرفه فيها سرير وكنبتين ب 24 الف في السنة
I swear to God, there are many stars, so they deserve a dirty room for 2000 per month, OK, I mean, 24 thousand rooms per year with a bed and two sofas for 24 thousand per year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really is very expensive and they claim that they have gym and sauna but still under construction so they are cheating on the customers.. Prices ranges between 1800 monthly,however you will the hand-wash is very small.
